Refund Policy

  • If you refund for any reason within 30 days of the order being delivered, ibsha will issue a refund on their end after verifying eligibility. This is contingent on the order being properly refunded on your end, and in some cases, proof of the refund may be required.

  • In the event of a customer receiving a defective product, you should provide ibsha with video or photo evidence of the defect, a screenshot of the refund, and the order number. ibsha's billing team will then process the refund request, which may take approximately 8-10 business days to appear in your account if processed through your card.
